Depending on the location, the holidays for employees differ. The representation of holidays depending on the state happen in the personnel report marked with the yellow color.
Holidays
Holidays are retrieved from https://redoo-networks.com/extensions/load-holidays.php?country=CH-TG&year=2023.
They are cached in a database and updated every year (additionally, the cache can be cleared using the “Clear holiday cache” button on the “Personal settings” page).
The same holidays are used by Personal, Vacations and FlexxWorkTracker.
Creation of a new Standort state
If you want to use locations outside of Germany, you have to add a new picklist value for the `State` field in Location module. You can not do it with Vtiger’s `Edit picklist values`, because it does not allow creating values with `[` symbols, which should be used for this value.
In order to create a new state, follow the next steps:
1) Make sure you a logged in with an admin user. Only admin users can add new Standort locations
2) Go to List/Detail View of Standort module, and press on the ‘Add new state` button:
3) In the modal, fill the fields like in the example, and press save:
