Block settings
you can create a template for notification of overdue tasks. With the following fields:
- This template is used to send alerts about overdue tasks – here you select the reason for the email to be sent
Project archive field marking – here you can select the archive functions
Click here to create an email template according to the conditions you set in the fields
It then appears in the list in the This template is used to send alerts about overdue tasks field
To add more details, go to the Email Templates module and select the template you just created.
Then you will see a template with a letter in which you can freely make changes
Block project conditions
To add a group or condition, click here
If you choose Condition from the picklist, select the condition field.
Then select whether you want this condition to be present in the science. If not, don’t choose
and choose the condition for the next picklist
In the next field, enter the value of the condition under which you want it to occur
