To add a new playground press the button “Add Record” in the upper menu bar ( → green arrow).
In the opened menu you can add the name of the playground, the address where it is located and the organisation it belongs to.
You can also add a site plan.
The assignment of an organization is necessary.
Views by playgrounds
If you click on the name of the playground, you will go directly to its page and see the summary.
Here you can see some basic information about the playground.
Using the menu on the right side you can switch between the individual fields in relation to the playground.
Here you can click on every detail of the playground and get the individual listings.
In the field “Details” you get this view of your playground.
In the field “Activity Stream” you get this view of your playground.
In the field “Devices” you get a view of all related devices on your playground.
The field “Inspections” shows you all previous inspections of your playground.
To view the inspection of a device, click on the desired inspection and selectInspections from the menu on the right.
Now click on “Details” ( → green arrow).
On the newly opened menu you can view the inspection reports and access documents.
To view all details of this report, click on the “Details” button ( → green arrow ).
