From the Settings page you can access the Vtiger Tool page
Vtiger Tool is a special settings page for admin use only
The Tool is divided in four blocks:
- General Settings
- Partial DataView
- Block migration
- Check File reopository
General Settings
- Numbers with coma – here you can activate a possibility to use number values with coma instead of dot
- create default Related Lists – Here you can set a relation against UIType 10 field or set a free Relation without a field
- Limit Reference Selection – A tool to add an additional reference selection within specific module fields
- Switch User – A special tool which can be used by admin to log in as any user registered in the CRM without password.
Second column brings some more features:
- Google Calendar Sync – This function will automatically sync configured Google Calendar connections
- Filter Im-/Export – Here you can import or export a filter for a specific module
- General Options – this block is used for some more specific options
Partial DataView
Here you can create a related tab block for any module of the CRM
Select a module in the list here
In the block appeared you customize the type of a tab and its filling
Block migration
In Block migration you can make a migration between two blocks
To do that firstly select a block and a Module where you can perform a migration and then press “Start migration” button
In Check File consistency you can check if the all internal files are present in the CRM and if not find a cause of the problem you are struggling with
