Project Task

The four modules – Qualification, Personal, Inventar and Project Task together according to the following principle:

To create a project task, press “Add record“.

The Required Inventory, Required Qualifications and Assigned fields are linked.

This means that when you first select an inventory in a task, only the qualifications that are available for that inventory will be visible in the Qualifications field. In the Employees field, the users who have that qualification for that inventory will be displayed.

Another example: If you first select a user in Personnel, the Qualifications field shows the user’s qualifications and the Inventory field shows which inventory the user can manage.
