To use Redoo IN & Out in your VtigerCRM and connect the external devices for employee cards, proceed as described below.
You need the following CRM modules in the vTiger system for installation:
- FlexxIOT
- FlexxWorkTracker
A Google Android tablet or smartphone is also required.
1. First install the “Redoo.IOT Setup” app on your Android device: https://drive.redoo-networks.com/d/d39bfac375f94a7f9901/
Then unzip the installation copy and install the app on your Android device.
After installing the app, restart the device.
- This APP has the possibility to create new SETUP cards for Redoo IN & OUT devices
- You can also write new employee cards via the menu on the left
2. Then install both modules and add the access keys in the configuration interface of these modules. You can access these via the “CRM Settings”
3. Now open the Flexx.UI configuration

5. Click on the “Generate setup key” button to receive a QR code that you can scan in the “Redoo.IOT Setup” app.
6. The SETUP APP is now connected to your CRM and every device that you set up is assigned to your CRM
7. Within the Flexx.IOT Setup app, you can now select an available WLAN and enter the corresponding password

Use the “CREATE SETUP CARD” button to describe an NFC card with this data in order to integrate a Flexx.IOT device into the WLAN and set it up
(After scanning the card with an Android device, the card should be held up to the terminal to transfer the data received to the terminal)
You can access the function for creating new employee cards via the “Write card” menu item.
1. Open the configuration interface of the Flexx WorkTracker module and the “Employee cards” tab that appears.
2. Select the user or alternatively the CRM data record for which you want to create an NFC card and confirm your selection by clicking on “Write card”.
3. Now use the “LOAD CODE FROM CRM” function within the app to transfer the selected entry to the app
4. Use the “DESCRIBE CARD” button that then appears to create another card for time recording.
To connect In&out devices to a new CRM, all you need to do is create and import a setup card in the new CRM.
