To log in to the app, click on the “Read QR code” button. Scan the QR code, which you can find as follows:
Open the “Redoo Construction Diary” module:
Click on the “APP connection” button:
The QR code will be displayed for you to scan with the app device.
The URL to your CRM system appears in the “Link” field. Check the URL and go to “Save”.
Then, to log in to your account, enter the email address stored in CRM for your CRM user in the “Email” field and your password in the “Password” field and click the “Log in” button.
If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot password?” button and enter the email address your CRM user is registered with in the “Email” field. To return to the previous page, click the “Back” button to log in”.
When you enter your e-mail address, you will receive a code to change your password
In the “Password” field enter a new password and in the “Confirm password” field repeat the password
In the “Code” field, enter the code that was sent to your e-mail address
